箱子管家隐私政策

本隐私政策说明箱子管家（Box Butler，包名 com.boxes.manager）如何收集、使用、保存和删除用户数据。如有隐私相关问题，请联系：gejianya@gmail.com。
我们收集和保存的数据
- 账号信息：注册或登录时使用的邮箱地址。
- 业务数据：商家名称、仓库地址、联系人、联系电话、箱子类型、押金单价、进货记录、退筐记录、初始化记录。
- 拍照凭证：仅在你主动拍摄或选择照片时保存，用于对账记录。
- 本机缓存数据，用于离线使用和提升使用体验。
不登录也可以使用本应用，此时所有数据只保存在你的手机上，不会上传。
数据用途
上述数据仅用于提供账号登录、云端同步、跨设备恢复、箱子押金记录、商家对账和本机离线缓存功能。我们不会把数据用于广告，也不会出售用户数据。
第三方服务
- Supabase：提供账号认证和云端数据保存、同步。
- Cloudflare（Workers 与 R2 存储）：保存你上传的拍照凭证。
这些服务商仅为本应用处理数据，不会将数据用于其他目的。
数据安全
账号登录、云端同步和照片上传均通过加密连接（HTTPS）传输。云端数据按登录账号隔离保存，其他用户无法访问。本机数据保存在设备的应用存储中。
数据保留和删除
- 你可以随时在应用内删除商家、箱子类型和相关记录。
- 登录后，在「我的」页面点击「注销账户」，即可立即永久删除云端账号、全部商家和记录、所有照片，以及这台手机上的数据。
- 无法使用应用时，也可以发送邮件到 gejianya@gmail.com 请求删除，详见 账号和数据删除说明。
账号存在期间，我们会保留你的云端数据，以便同步和恢复。
儿童隐私
本应用面向商家箱子和押金管理场景，不面向儿童用户。
政策更新
如本隐私政策发生重要变化，我们会更新本页面并修改生效日期。
Box Butler Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This policy explains how Box Butler (箱子管家, package name com.boxes.manager) collects, uses, stores and deletes user data. For privacy questions, contact gejianya@gmail.com.
Data we collect and store
- Account information: the email address you register or sign in with.
- Business data: merchant names, warehouse addresses, contact names, phone numbers, box types, deposit prices, and records of boxes brought in, returned and initial counts.
- Photo proof: saved only when you take or choose a photo, and used for reconciliation records.
- Local cache on your device, for offline use and a smoother experience.
You can use the app without an account. In that case all data stays on your phone and is never uploaded.
How we use data
The data is used only to provide sign-in, cloud sync, cross-device recovery, box deposit records, merchant statements and offline caching. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Third-party services
- Supabase: account authentication and cloud storage and sync of your data.
- Cloudflare (Workers and R2 storage): storage of the photo proof you upload.
These providers process data only on behalf of this app and do not use it for any other purpose.
Security
Sign-in, cloud sync and photo uploads use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Cloud data is kept separate per account and cannot be accessed by other users. Local data is stored in the app's storage on your device.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete merchants, box types and records in the app at any time.
- When signed in, open the Me tab and tap Delete Account to permanently delete your cloud account, all merchants and records, all photos, and the data on this phone, immediately.
- If you can no longer use the app, email gejianya@gmail.com to request deletion. See Account and data deletion.
We keep your cloud data while your account exists so it can be synced and restored.
Children
The app is designed for managing merchant crates and deposits and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its effective date.
