箱子管家账号和数据删除

本页说明如何删除箱子管家（Box Butler）的账号和相关数据。

方式一：在应用内删除（立即生效）

打开箱子管家并登录要删除的账号。
进入底部的「我的」页面。
点击「注销账户」，确认后即可完成。

删除会立即执行，无法恢复。

方式二：通过邮件申请

如果你已经无法使用应用，请发送邮件申请删除：

发送删除请求

邮件中请提供你的登录邮箱，并说明希望删除账号和云端数据。我们核对后会在 30 天内完成删除，并邮件回复你。

会删除哪些数据

账号资料：登录邮箱和账号信息。
云端业务数据：商家、仓库地址、联系人、联系电话、箱子类型、押金单价、进货记录、退筐记录和初始化记录。
你上传的全部拍照凭证。
在应用内删除时，还会同时清除这台手机上的数据。

如因安全、防欺诈或法律要求需要保留部分记录，我们会在回复中说明。云服务商的备份会在其保留周期结束后自动清除。

只删除部分数据

不想注销账号时，你可以在应用内单独删除某个商家、箱子类型或记录。卸载应用或在系统设置中清除应用数据，可以删除手机上的本机数据（不影响云端账号）。

Box Butler Account and Data Deletion

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This page explains how to delete your Box Butler (箱子管家) account and its data.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

Open Box Butler and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to the Me tab at the bottom.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request by email

If you can no longer use the app, email us to request deletion:

Send deletion request

Include the email address you sign in with and say that you want your account and cloud data deleted. After verifying the request we will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Account profile: your sign-in email and account information.
Cloud business data: merchants, warehouse addresses, contact names, phone numbers, box types, deposit prices, and records of boxes brought in, returned and initial counts.
All photo proof you uploaded.
When deleting in the app, the data on that phone is cleared as well.

If any record must be kept for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons, we will tell you in our reply. Copies in our cloud providers' backups are removed automatically when their retention period ends.

Deleting only some data

Without deleting your account, you can delete individual merchants, box types or records in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in system settings removes the data stored on the phone (your cloud account is not affected).
